SHE SAID: Breaking the Sexual Harassment Story that Helped Ignite a Movement: Jodi Kantor & Megan Twohey

SHE SAID - is a significant and instructive story, particularly for men, as to how one powerful white man intimidated his numerous female victims, and silenced all for two decades as he continued to harass, sexually assault (and probably rape) a great variety of women, most commonly young and vulnerable.

It also describes in great detail the efforts of Christine Blasey Ford to have her story of Brett Kavanaugh's drunken teenage sexual assault of her heard.

This book should be a wakeup call for men as to how we support the sexual exploitation of women by our silence and minimizing of the problems.   It is noted also how both women and men rationalize the manipulations of men for profit and to try to avoid being hammered by the horrible behavior of men like Harvey Weinstein and Brett Kavanaugh.

I found the Weinstein story most instructive!   We have a lot to learn and do - to end similar oppression that continues today.
