I am Blessed

I am Blessed

to have a satisfying, fulfilling life

Watching now

a Gorgeous sunrise coming through my window

(out of Lake Michigan)

The strength

to exercise daily

with my heart beat rising

to a range of 141 - 152

and increasing strength

in other areas as well

It is challenging

facing persistent constipation

which messes up my sleep

preventing me from driving

But

Improvement even there

Slow,ly but I can see the road forward

Having Faith

Peace

Amongst the Turmoil

A loving partner

A wonderful pup

A great son's family

Including our wonderful Granddaughter H

Building slowly

a Network of Friends

a First - for Me

I can not know

How Long

The wonder will continue

But

I do appreciate

So much, so lucky, so happy

to be Blessed

BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY My father (Menachem) Imanuel Marx died Friday, November 13, 1964, when I was 13 years old.    My mother woke my brother and I up with the news early that morning.    We went to the hospital and saw him for the last time. I didn’t cry then.       Daniel and I went to school that day.   I didn’t tell anyone.
